My experience with Fit and Eat was truly enlightening. Crafting a business idea from scratch was challenging, yet rewarding. Initially, the first problem we faced was identifying the right concept and creating a plan to bring it to life. However, after some time, we found the perfect idea, a gym which includes a restaurant to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Once we found it, we searched for all the information we needed to have and for the right people that could contribute to our project. With work divided evenly among us, we continued with our tasks.
In the end I think we created a good presentation and a solid business concept, even though we later discovered a business with a similar concept in our city. What I appreciated the most is the team work we had and the research we did. We understood how hard it can be to have an effective idea that could seriously develop in a business. Moreover, we understood more the workings of companies and workplaces, having now a more clear image of the dynamics in the business world.
